Global property group Goodman has let 4,600 sq ft of office space at its Arlington Business Park, Reading, to Adtran, a leading global provider of networking and communications equipment.
The international company, which is based in Alabama, United States, is relocating its UK headquarters to the park, and will occupy part of the ground floor of Building 1420, Lakeview. The company will join a host of market-leading businesses already based at the park, including Hewlett Packard, KPMG, Vodafone, Wrigleys, PepsiCo and Royal Bank of Scotland.
James Raven, development director at Goodman, said: “We have an unparalleled track record of delivering workspace solutions for companies of all shapes and sizes, operating across broad spectrum of industry sectors. We are pleased to welcome Adtran to Arlington Business Park and wish them every success for the future.”
Arlington Business Park, Reading offers a unique opportunity within the Thames Valley, to occupy the higher quality business space set amongst stunning lakes and landscaped grounds at junction 12 of the M4.
The 3 acre lake at the heart of the intensively managed and landscaped park provides a working environment that is designed to enthuse and inspire, whilst the excellent road and rail communications provide the best possible access.
