Clearswift extend occupation at Arlington Business Park, Reading

Clearswift Systems Limited, the international information security firm, has extended its occupation at Arlington Business Park, Reading. The company has signed a new 10 year lease with global property group, Goodman, to secure the park as its UK headquarters until 2019.
Based in Building 1310, the company will occupy over 20,000 sq ft, alongside other high profile companies on the park, including PepsiCo, Acision, Wrigleys, KPMG and RBS. Earlier this year, leading global manufacturer of chewing gum, the Wrigley Company, expanded its operation on the Park.

Arlington Business Park is a 48 acre site ideally located adjacent to both the M4 and Theale railway station. Businesses based on the Park also benefit from a range of shops and facilities close by, as well as the additional property services provided by Goodman.
