Goodman secures new customer at Arlington Business Park, Reading

Global integrated property group Goodman, which owns, develops and manages Arlington Business Park, Reading, has secured another new customer, with an 8,451 sq ft office space letting to Nedap.  

Nedap, which develops innovative security solutions for organisations, is relocating from Calleva Park, Aldermaston, to new space on the first floor of building 1310 Waterside this week, as part of an expansion drive. The company hopes its success will lead to further jobs in the next financial year, and that the larger office space will provide room for future growth.

The company, which is principally based in the Netherlands but has offices across Europe and in Asia, has taken an 8 year lease at the centre of the business park. The new space boast views across the park’s lake and is an attractive feature to both staff and customers of the company.

Goodman and their hand-picked team of leading designers are working in collaboration with Nedap to provide offices that reflect the company’s culture and aspirations. The bespoke high-specification office interiors will feature break-out areas with sofas and even a graffiti wall, which will consist of contemporary company designs splashed across a wall in the office building.
