Hanging basket and bee talk event
Please join us on Thursday 17th May for a complimentary hanging basket workshop and plant sale. The workshop will also include a talk by our park landscapers about the bees that will be arriving on the park later this month.

Announcing our new FSC (flex+strength+core) class
every Thursday from 3rd May – 7th June.
This low impact core strengthening class using a mix of Swiss ball and toning equipment, focuses on improving posture and muscle tone.
The class caters for all levels of fitness and will be taken by our new instructor Michelle Coates, who has a wealth of experience in the health and fitness industry.

Lawn Care Demonstration on the Park
40 attendees gained knowledge on how to care and maintain their lawn and went away with some goodies to get them started!

Fitness on the park - after hours
Due to popular demand, we will continue to run a boot camp session every Tuesday evening from 22nd May – 3rd July.

Pilates
Pilates classes will be running from 16th April to 21st May every Monday over the lunchtime period.

Boot Camp
Boot camp will continue to run every Wednesday from 11th April - 16th May. Each session will last 45 minutes, consisting of a mix of cardio and toning fitness.

Spring Gardening Event 26th May
On Thursday 26th May, our park landscapers held a complimentary gardening session focusing on how to bring your garden back to life, using handling baskets, bedding plants and lawn care.

Bike Event on the park
The Mountain Bike Aerial Display stunt team showed off their cycling skills on the park. The cycling experts were invited on site to urge park occupants to cycle to work during Bike Week.
